Managing Director

Datuk Joseph Lee Yok Min @ Ambrose is the Managing Director of Borneo Oil Berhad. He was first appointed to the Board as an Executive Director on 27th March 2019. Prior to his appointment as an Executive Director, he acted as a consultant on legal and financial matters. He graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) Degree from Central Lancashire University, United Kingdom (1980) and qualified as a Barrister At Law (Lincoln’s Inn) London in 1981. He was called to the Sabah Bar in 1982 and is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak.

He is a Practicing Legal Consultant and an established businessman with more than 30 years of experience in various industries. He currently spearheads the strategic and sustainable growth of Borneo Oil Berhad.

Executive Director

Riorn Lee Kah Vui is a legal professional with an extensive academic background, including dual degrees in Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Monash University. He also a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Institute and passed the Level I of the CFA® (Chartered Financial Analyst) exam from the CFA Institute in 2011.

He has been admitted to the Bar in both Victoria, Australia, and Sabah, Malaysia as an integral part of the legal profession since 2012. He has been in legal practice since 2012.

With his multifaceted expertise, he is positioned to drive significant contributions to both the legal and corporate division in the group.

Executive Director

Georgia Suzanne Lingam @ Georgianne started her career as a businesswoman in 1993. For almost a decade , she was owner and director of several businesses involved in trading and Food & Beverage.

She joined Borneo Oil Berhad in 2001 as part of a pioneer development team, leading the expansion and growth of the F & B and Property divisions. She has since been an integral part of the group managing several key projects.

She was appointed as Group General Manager in 2007 and has since been responsible for many of the Group's operations and has contributed to its strategic development and growth.

She is a qualified paralegal and a Commissioner for Oaths and is well versed in corporate, business and legal affairs

Independent Non-Executive Director

Susie Chung graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Finance from Charles Sturt University and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Certified Practicing Accountant, Australia.

She started her career with KPMG in 1995 . She has over 22 years of experience in accounting and finance in a broad range of industries. i.e. manufacturing, solar renewable energy, retail, healthcare, distribution and tele-communication.

As Financial Controller, she was involved in the growth of several companies including supervising and managing their listings on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Independent Non-Executive Director

Siti Ainee Hanum Binti Suhaidi is an Independent Non Executive Director who has been appointed to the Board of Borneo Oil Berhad on 27 July 2023.

She graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of West London. She has over 10 years of experience in the fields of fashion, public relations marketing and online businesses.

Low Lee Ooi is an experienced professional with over 36 years of experience in the banking, financial services and audit industries. She holds a Professional Qualification in Secretarial & Administration from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA), obtained in 1988. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in banking operations, credit administration, internal and external audit, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and financial controls. She has also held leadership responsibilities involving strategic planning, budget and resource management, operational performance and stakeholder engagement, including dealings with regulators, external auditors and senior management.
